These terms apply to all users, including account owners, invited team members, and any person accessing the platform through an approved organization account.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a clinic, business, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your profile and account details up to date.

You must maintain the security of your credentials and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account unless unauthorized activity is caused by a security failure attributable to CuraVet.ai.

CuraVet.ai provides tools to support veterinary workflows, including recording, transcription, and AI-assisted medical documentation.

The platform is intended to assist with documentation and workflow efficiency and is not intended to replace professional clinical judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated output before relying on it for any clinical, legal, administrative, or operational decision.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually inappropriate for a given patient case.

You must verify all generated notes, summaries, and recommendations before use, sharing, export, or record finalization.

CuraVet.ai does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment decisions and does not assume responsibility for clinical outcomes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, or generate through your use of the service, subject to rights necessary for us to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that data entered into the platform is lawful, accurate, and collected with required notices and permissions.

You agree not to upload content that violates privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer the system, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with healthcare, privacy, and data-protection requirements in your jurisdiction.

Automated abuse, credential sharing at scale, scraping, system probing, and attempts to bypass feature controls are prohibited.

Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. Subscription charges, renewal terms, and cancellation behavior are shown during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.

Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions, suspension, or downgrade until billing is resolved.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your subscription unless otherwise indicated.

We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time to improve functionality, security, and platform reliability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.

We may update API behavior, product interfaces, and workflows as part of ongoing improvements.

CuraVet.ai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuraVet.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the period legally permitted under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, threatens platform security, or creates legal risk.

You may stop using the service at any time and can cancel subscriptions according to your plan terms.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and liability limitations, remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material updates will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
